Booking and confirmation
You book directly with us over WhatsApp at +966 55 830 9921. You choose the apartment and your dates, and we confirm availability — usually within an hour of receiving your message.
A booking counts as confirmed only once we have explicitly confirmed the dates and the apartment.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, InstaPay, and cash on arrival.
For international and advance bookings we prefer bank transfer in advance to confirm a booking. We never ask for credit-card details and use no external payment platform.
Cancellation and refunds
All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please double-check the dates of your stay before the booking is confirmed.
In exceptional cases we will try to move your dates rather than cancel, subject to availability.
Minimum stay
The minimum is two nights in all Taskeen apartments in Zamalek and Dokki.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 16:00.
- Check-out: 12:00.
Check-in is self-service through a smart lock, and the entry code is sent before you arrive.
Maximum number of guests
Each apartment has a fixed maximum capacity, which may not be exceeded:
House rules
Please keep the building quiet, respect the neighbours throughout your stay, and take care of the apartment and everything in it.
What the price includes
The agreed price covers electricity, water, internet, and a basic clean before you arrive. There are no platform commissions and no hidden fees.
Changes to Terms
Taskeen may amend these Terms, and the date at the top of this page is updated with every change. Terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force at the moment the booking is confirmed.
